UCF, FSU, UF, Miami mini-previews:
For UCF- it’s the start of a new/old era. Gus is gone, Scott Frost steps in – and the last time he was here, things went about as well as they could possibly go. But, that was in the American – and that was also before he lost 66% of his games at Nebraska.
For Miami- They just completed their best season since 2017 and yet, in the end, people still came away disappointed with Mario Cristobal. And as bad as we all want to scream – MIAMI IS BACK. They are not.
For Florida- they had a coach whose seat was so hot early in the year, I think his keester needed bandages. And yet somehow, the phoenix rose from the ashes, they won their last 4 games – LSU, Ole Miss, FSU, and the bowl game vs Tulane. Very impressive – how do they build off of that?
For FSU- Who the hell knows. The most dramatic swing we’ve ever seen in CFB. From 12-0 to 2-10 the following year. Jordan Travis ain’t THAT good, so what happened?
