The Atlanta Falcons have dropped their last four games and QB Kirk Cousins has thrown exactly zero touchdowns in that stretch. As much as DP is a fan of Kirk D. Cousins, and you know he is, even Dan thinks it’s time for the Falcons to make a change and see what their highly touted rookie can do. Even if he struggles, it can’t be worse than how Cousins has been playing.
Dan Patrick: “You know I do like Kirk D. Cousins, but this isn’t personal when I say they should bench him. I would like to see Michael Penix Jr. the third get a chance, go in there...He can’t be worse. It’d be almost impossible to be worse.”
