Monroe County, FL - A man was arrested on Wednesday on four felony charges of video voyeurism after allegedly recording sexual encounters with two women without their permission.
Authorities in Monroe County issued an arrest warrant for Thomas Robert Pasqueretta and apprehended him in Wyckoff, New Jersey on June 4th.
Pasqueretta was extradited to Florida following his arrest.
Authorities are withholding details about how Pasqueretta knew the victims to protect their identities.
However, according to Pasqueretta's arrest warrant, neither woman consented to being filmed during the alleged incidents that occurred in 2023.
Investigators say video evidence captured Pasqueretta placing and removing hidden cameras during the sexual encounters.
The warrant details how one victim discovered the recordings in a hidden folder on a shared iCloud account.
The other victim reportedly remained unaware of the recordings until a detective contacted her in April.
The arrest warrant states the woman requested time to process the information before pressing charges.
Following extradition, Pasqueretta was booked into the Key West jail facility.
He is currently being held on a $300,000 bond.
