(Miami, Fla) - Attorneys in the OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney's second-degree murder trial asked the judge to address the high-profile nature of the case.

The judge said she was surprised to find out that TMZ is producing a docuseries about the case to air prior to the trial.

The defense argued the docuseries is fair game given that the state prosecutor's office has already begun to spin a narrative in the media with a lengthy press conference and videos of his Clenney with Obumseli.

The defense said the train has left the station and it's too late to implement a gag order and that the docuseries will not prejudice anyone, it will even the playing field.

The prosecutor denied that the state has put out a narrative in the court of public opinion but rather just the facts.

The judge took the request under advisement and will rule on it Tuesday.

The defense also notified the court that it intends to call a knife-throwing expert as a witness to demonstrate how the stabbing death occurred in Clenney's Miami condo in 2022.

The state alleges that Clenney stabbed her boyfriend directly in the chest while the defense claims she threw the knife at him in self-defense.

Clenney was also charged with another charge, a 3rd degree felony related to alleged unauthorized access of Obumseli's computer.

Clenney's attorney entered a "not guilty" plea on her behalf, and the judge ordered her parents, who were also charged with the same "interception of wire" crime, to appear in a Miami-Dade court in two weeks.
