Thomas on Thursday morning was named a finalist for the Associated Press 2024 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year award, news that came the same day he was named to the 2025 Pro Bowl Games. "I'm super proud of what I came out and did this season," Thomas said shortly after the Jaguars' overtime loss to the Indianapolis Colts in the 2024 regular-season finale. "It doesn't stop now. I've just got to keep going and keep pushing."

Thomas, the No. 23 overall selection in the 2024 NFL Draft from LSU, would be the first player in franchise history to be named AP Offensive Rookie of the Year.

He also became the fifth wide receiver and first rookie wide receiver in franchise history named to the Pro Bowl. Previous Pro Bowl Jaguars wide receivers: Jimmy Smith (following the 1997-2001 seasons), Keenan McCardell (1996), and Allen Robinson (2015), D.J. Chark Jr. (2019).

Safe to say the rookie has earned his spots with the Jaguars and the future is beyond bright for the young receiver.
