Florida State DT Darrell Jackson Jr. Withdraws from NFL Draft

After being the second of three Seminoles to declare for the NFL draft last week, on Monday it was announced that Florida State DT Darrell Jackson Jr. has withdrawn his name from the NFL Draft and will return for the 2025 season in Tallahassee.

Jackson transferred to Florida State from Miami in 2023 but did not receiver eligibility to participate in the season outside of the Orange Bowl vs Georgia, in the lone appearance he recorded three tackles with 0.5 for loss.

In 2024 the 6"5, 330 pound junior started all 12 games and recorded 31 total tackles with 3.5 sacks and a forced fumble.
