Just a few days after fellow Seminole defensive linemen Joshua Farmer declared his intentions to enter the 2025 NFL Draft, Darrell Jackson Jr. is following suite, he announced Saturday on social media.
Jackson transferred to Florida State from Miami in 2023 but did not receiver eligibility to participate in the season outside of the Orange Bowl vs Georgia, in the lone appearance he recorded three tackles with 0.5 for loss.
In 2024 the 6"5, 330 pound junior started all 12 games and recorded 31 total tackles with 3.5 sacks and a forced fumble.
