The Billy Napier recruiting hot streak has become a daily phenomenon, with yet another commitment flip from 2025 four-star safety Hylton Stubbs from Miami to Florida.
Hylton, 6"2, 195 pounds, is a native of Jacksonville, Florida and had previously been committed to the Hurricanes since July of this year.
