Jaguars Find a Rare W

The month of October always brings about spooky and abnormal events. Last week it brought up a consistent downfall that the Jaguars have been on. Yesterday, it brought a rare W to the win column of the Jacksonville team.

The Jaguars got a win over the New England Patriots 32 to 16. Now let's not rush to think this trend will continue. This win didn't come without some questions, but a win is a win.

The contest was highlighted by Brian Thomas Jr. 89 receiving yards, with a touchdown and 2 point conversion catch. Of course there was Parker Washington's 96 yard punt return.

Trevor Lawrence finished the day with 15/20 and 193 yards through the air, along with the before mentioned touchdown to Thomas Jr. The load of the work was done on the ground. Tank Bigsby had himself a day, racking up 118 yards on 26 carries and getting 2 touchdowns.

Defensively, Devin Lloyd stepped up and was seen either in every play or near by, finishing the day with 11 total tackles. Former #1 overall draft pick, Travon Walker made his presence felt early and often with 3 total tackles and a sack to spare.

The Jaguars still have a lot of things to figure out and the road doesn't get any easier moving forward. The Jags play the Green Bay Packers this Sunday inside Everbank Field. Tune in to the Teal Tailgate this Sunday at 9am to hear all about it.
