Tulane Dominates USF In Conference Opener

Tulane (3-2, 1-0) blew out USF (2-3, 0-1) 45-10 on Saturday afternoon in New Orleans.

Tulane built a 31-0 lead in the second quarter before USF got on the board late in the second quarter - their only touchdown came with :34 seconds to go in the half when Bulls quarterback Byrum Brown ran in a 10-yard touchdown.

The Green Wave offense was dominant, gaining 528 total yards compared to just 201 for the Bulls. Darian Mesah went 18-for-22 with 326 yards passing and three touchdowns for Tulane, while Brown went 12-for-18 with 134 yards and no passing touchdowns.

The Bulls are on a bye next weekend and will next play when they host Memphis on Friday October 11 at 7:00 PM.
