A former Miami Dolphin is accused of sharing sexually explicit photos with a minor.
Lawyers representing an underage boy asked a judge in Broward County on Thursday to allow their client to sue Xavien Howard. The former cornerback allegedly showed the boy the photos of the boy's mother two years ago because she refused Howard's demand to get an abortion after he impregnated her.
The boy's mother sued Howard last year, and the boy could join the suit if the judge agrees.
The boy's lawyers claim the photos caused significant emotional distress. They also say Howard's conduct was outrageous and went beyond all boundaries of decency.
