Jaguars Linebacker Telvin Smith made the announcement earlier this off-season that he would be sitting out the entire 2019 NFL season. He has now officially been fined by the team as he announced via a photo on his personal Instagram.
The fines shown in the photo total up to $177,300. Telvin signed a 4 year $45 million deal in 2017 and would have made $9.75 million had he played this year.
