Florida Gators RB Lamical Perine will not face charges for an incident earlier this month involving a tow truck driver. Per reports, the tow truck driver was in the process of towing a car belonging to Perine's mother when Perine grabbed the driver's arm.
Per Robbie Andreu of the Gainesville Sun, Florida state attorney Bill Cervone stated that "it lacks the kind of malice or ill intent that would warrant court action," (per Andreu, Cervone had also called the insinuation that the incident could lead to charges "bullsh*t" when the report surfaced). The case has been dismissed.
