The Jaguars and free agent QB Nick Foles could have a deal done "by the end of the night," per Mike Silver of the NFL Network.
The Jaguars freed up the cap space to pull off this kind of move on Friday, when they released multiple players including DT Malik Jackson and S Tashaun Gipson. Silver believes the deal will be a multi-year deal worth around $21 million a year. Silver also says that if they can't get a deal done tonight, the Jaguars are likely to move on.
