Former Bulldog Defensive Coordinator Mel Tucker departed to take over as HC at Colorado at the end of last season leaving a void that has been filled. Dan Lanning will be promoted from Linebackers coach to Defensive Coordinator, reported by The Athletic.
Lanning will get a nice pay raise as he will make $725,000 this year compared to $325,000 last season.
