Early in the 2nd quarter of The War on I-4 between UCF and USF, star QB from UCF Mckenzie Milton suffered a gruesome leg injury after going for a run on a 3rd down play.
No official word on the injury from UCF at this moment, but the above picture indicates that it was a severe injury reminiscent of the one suffered by Redskins QB Alex Smith last Sunday.
