Clemson's DC Brent Venables could replace Kliff Kingsbury at Texas Tech

The Austin American-Statesman’s Kirk Bohls reported on Twitter that he expects Kingsbury to be fired and Clemson DC Brent Venables would be the top choice to replace him.
Venables, 47, has been Clemson’s defensive coordinator since 2012.
