Grant Udinski was hired as offensive coordinator on February 5, 2025. He enters his sixth season coaching in the NFL and spent the past three seasons (2022-24) with the Minnesota Vikings, most recently as the assistant offensive coordinator/assistant quarterbacks coach. During the 2024 season, the Vikings offense finished top 10 in the NFL in multiple categories, including sixth in passing yards per game (237.8), seventh in passing yards per play (7.38), ninth in points per game (25.4) and 10th in first downs per game (20.8).

Anthony Campanile was hired as defensive coordinator on January 30, 2025, after spending the 2024 season as linebackers coach/running game coordinator for the Green Bay Packers. He enters his sixth season in the NFL in 2025, first as a defensive coordinator. In 2024, Green Bay’s defense surrendered the third-fewest yards per rush (4.0) and the seventh-fewest rushing yards per game (99.4) under Campanile’s guidance, the first time the Packers allowed less than 100 rushing yards per game since 2016. He also helped Green Bay’s defense finish fourth in total points allowed (318) and fifth in total defense (314.5).

Special Teams Coordinator Heath Farwell is entering his fourth season in Jacksonville and his 10th season coaching in the NFL. Jacksonville’s special teams unit has produced at least one Pro Bowler in each of Farwell’s three seasons with the Jaguars. Under his leadership in 2024, P Logan Cooke earned his first Pro Bowl citation, while LS Ross Matiscik was nominated for a second consecutive year. Both Cooke and Matiscik were named to the Associated Press All-Pro Second Team. Cooke ranked second in the NFL with a career-high 44.8-yard net punting average, and his 34 punts inside the 20-yard line tied for fourth in the NFL. Farwell also helped K Cam Little set rookie franchise records in field goals made (27) and points scored (108).

Shane Waldron brings 11 seasons of NFL coaching experience and seven seasons of collegiate experience to the Jaguars. Waldron started the 2024 season as offensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears, and prior to that, spent three seasons as offensive coordinator for the Seattle Seahawks (2021-23). In the 2024 season, Chicago’s offense scored at least five offensive touchdowns in back-to-back weeks (Week 5 & 6) for the first time since 1956. QB Caleb Williams set franchise rookie records in completions (351), passing yards (3,541) and passing touchdowns (20). His 87.8 passer rating was also a franchise best for a rookie. In three seasons in Seattle, Waldron's offense ranked third in yards per play (7.8), third in receptions of 25-plus yards (110), fourth in rushes of 10-plus yards percentage (13.0), fifth in completion percentage (66.6), eighth in yards per reception (11.2) and tied for 10th in passing touchdowns (83).

Spencer Whipple is entering his first season with the Jacksonville Jaguars as quarterbacks coach and seventh season coaching in the NFL. Whipple joins the Jaguars after six seasons with the Arizona Cardinals, most recently as pass game specialist (2023-24). He served as co-pass game coordinator in 2022 after working as assistant wide receivers coach for two seasons (2020-21) following one year (2019) as offensive quality control coach with the Cardinals. Whipple aided the development of rookie WR Marvin Harrison Jr., whose eight touchdown catches tied the rookie franchise record and tied for second among rookies in 2024. Harrison Jr.’s 52 receptions and 885 receiving yards were each second-most by a rookie in team history and ranked fifth among all rookies in 2024. TE Trey McBride was named to his first Pro Bowl after catching 111 passes for 1,146 yards.

Shaun Sarrett enters his first season with the Jacksonville Jaguars as offensive line coach in 2025, his 14th season coaching in the NFL. Most recently, Sarrett served as assistant offensive line coach for the Minnesota Vikings (2024). In 2024, Sarrett served a Vikings offensive unit that finished top 10 in the NFL in passing yards per game (sixth; 237.8), passing yards per play (seventh; 7.38), points per game (ninth; 25.4) and first downs per game (10th; 20.8). Minnesota’s offensive line blocked for QB Sam Darnold allowing him to throw for 4,319 yards and 35 touchdowns, ranking fifth in the NFL in both categories. RB Aaron Jones Sr. rushed for a career-high 1,138 yards, the ninth-highest total in the league last season. Jones Sr. was one of five running backs in the NFL (min. 250 carries) in 2024 to average at least 5.0 yards per touch (5.5). T Brian O’Neill allowed only 2.0 sacks on the season, per Pro Football Focus, and was named to his second-career Pro Bowl.

Jacksonville, Fla. native Edgar Bennett enters his first season with the Jaguars as wide receivers coach in 2025 and his 21st season coaching in the NFL. Bennett spent the previous seven seasons (2018-24) in the same role with the Raiders. Last season, WR Jakobi Meyers set a career high in receptions (87) and posted his first 1,000-yard receiving season (1,027) to rank 10th in the AFC in receiving yards. Meyers became the 11th undrafted player in NFL history to record 1,000 receiving yards in a single season and the first to do so since 2020. Second-year WR Tre Tucker set career highs in receptions (47), receiving yards (539) and touchdown receptions (three), ranking third on the team in each category. Bennett played collegiately at Florida State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in social science and was inaugurated into the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame in 2005.

Richard Angulo enters his fourth season with the Jacksonville Jaguars as tight ends coach and his 12th season coaching in the NFL in 2025. Under Angulo’s guidance in 2024, TE Evan Engram logged his eighth consecutive season with more than 40 receptions (47) in just nine games played, making him one of three tight ends in the NFL since 1970 to record at least 40 receptions in each of their first eight seasons. Since Angulo’s first season in 2022, Engram ranks second in receptions (234) and fifth in receiving yards (2,094) among tight ends. Angulo also facilitated the development of second-year TE Brenton Strange, who set career highs in receptions (40), receiving yards (411) and receiving touchdowns (two) last season.

Chad Morton enters his first year as running backs coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars. He brings 16 years of NFL coaching experience to Jacksonville, most recently serving as running backs coach for the Chicago Bears in 2024. Under Morton’s guidance, RB D’Andre Swift finished the 2024 season with 959 rushing yards, the second-highest total of his career. His 1,345 scrimmage yards set a new career high and were the most by a Bears running back since 2020. Morton spent the previous 10 seasons (2014-23) in various roles for the Seattle Seahawks. He was originally hired by the Seahawks as assistant special teams coach in 2014.

Offensive Pass Game Specialist John Van Dam enters his first season with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Van Dam spent the previous six seasons in multiple coaching roles with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2019-24), most recently as pass game assistant. He also served as tight ends coach (2022-23), assistant tight ends coach (2021) and offensive quality control coach (2019-20). As pass game assistant in 2024, Van Dam played a key role in QB Baker Mayfield achieving career highs while also finishing top five in the NFL in passing touchdowns (41; tied-second), passing yards (4,500; third), completion percentage (71.4; third) and passer rating (106.8; fourth). Mayfield also became one-of-three quarterbacks in NFL history to record a season with 4,500-plus passing yards, 40-plus passing touchdowns and a completion percentage of 70 percent or better.

Tyler Tettleton enters his fourth season with the Jaguars, third as assistant wide receivers coach. Tettleton helped facilitate the development of rookie WR Brian Thomas Jr. in 2024, who finished the season with rookie franchise records in receiving yards (1,282), receptions (87), yards per catch (min. 50 receptions; 14.7) and receiving touchdowns (10). Thomas Jr.’s four games of 100-plus yards were the most by a rookie in both franchise history and the NFL in 2024. Additionally, Thomas Jr.’s 11 total games with more than 75 receiving yards were the most by a rookie in the NFL since 1970 and tied for second-most in the NFL in 2024. Following Week 13 vs. New York Jets, Tettleton took on the responsibilities of running backs coach. Under his lead, the Jaguars rushing unit posted 514 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns in the final five games to close out the season.

Matt Edwards joins the Jacksonville Jaguars as defensive line coach after spending the 2024 season as assistant defensive line coach for the Buffalo Bills. Edwards brings seven years of NFL coaching experience along with 15 years at the college level. In 2024, DT Ed Oliver and DE Greg Rousseau tied for the team lead with three forced fumbles each, both players setting career highs. Rousseau also set career highs in tackles (53), tackles for loss (16), quarterback hits (24), and his team-leading 8.0 sacks tied his previous career best. Buffalo’s 223 quarterback pressures per Next Gen Stats tied for fourth in the AFC and tied for eighth in the NFL.

Tem Lukabu is entering his eighth season coaching in the NFL and his first as linebackers coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Lukabu brings 17 years of coaching experience, most recently serving as outside linebackers coach for the Carolina Panthers (2023-24). In his first season in Carolina (2023), Lukabu helped fourth-year OLB Yetur Gross-Matos record career highs in quarterback hits (10), sacks (4.5) and tackles for loss (seven). Additionally, OLB Brian Burns was one of four players in the NFL with at least 8.0 sacks, 15 tackles for loss, 17 quarterback hits, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and one strip sack.

Anthony Perkins begins his first season as defensive backs coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars after serving as defensive quality control coach for the Green Bay Packers in 2024. In his lone season with Green Bay, the Packers finished 11-6 in the regular season with a defense that ranked fourth in the NFL in takeaways (31), fifth in total defense (314.5 yards per game), sixth in points allowed per game (19.9) and seventh in rushing yards allowed per game (99.4). Green Bay scored 117 points off turnovers, the second-highest total in the NFL. S Xavier McKinney finished second in the league in interceptions (eight), earning AP First-Team All-Pro honors and being named to the 2025 Pro Bowl Games.

Ron Milus enters his first season in Jacksonville as secondary coach. He brings 34 years of coaching experience, including 25 years in the NFL, to Jacksonville. Milus spent the last three seasons in Indianapolis (2022-24) as the Colts’ defensive backs coach. In that span, the Colts tied for 11th in the league with 41 interceptions, including tying for fifth in 2024 (16). S Nick Cross registered a career-high 146 tackles, the second-highest total in the league in 2024 among defensive backs and the most by a Colts defensive back in franchise history. CB Jaylon Jones also registered a career-high 100 tackles, making Indianapolis the only team with two defensive backs with 100-plus tackles last season.

Derrick LeBlanc enters his first season with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2025 as assistant defensive line coach. LeBlanc brings 25 years of coaching experience to Jacksonville, including 21 years at the collegiate level, primarily with the defensive line. LeBlanc most recently spent two seasons as defensive line coach with the Arizona Cardinals (2023-24). Under LeBlanc’s leadership, the Cardinals’ 7.5 sack percentage ranked fourth in the NFL in 2024. Arizona’s 41.0 sacks ranked eighth in the NFC and 13th in the NFL in 2024, with three defensive linemen setting single-season career-highs (Dante Stills, 4.5; L.J. Collier, 3.5; and Naquan Jones, 3.0).

Kevin Wilkins joins the Jacksonville Jaguars as assistant linebackers coach in 2025 after spending the 2024 season as defensive analyst for the University of Michigan. Wilkins contributed to a defensive unit that allowed 90.7 rushing yards per game, ranking fifth nationally and third in the Big Ten. EDGE Josaiah Stewart ranked second in the Big Ten in sacks (8.5) in 2024, while the Wolverines’ 36.0 total sacks ranked third in the Big Ten. DT Mason Graham’s 46 tackles, seven tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks earned him 2024 Consensus All-American First Team accolades alongside a 2024 All-Big Ten First-Team selection. Additionally, DB Will Johnson earned numerous 2024 All-American accolades as well as 2024 All-Big Ten Second-Team honors.

Drew Lascari enters his first season with the Jacksonville Jaguars as assistant defensive backs coach and his first at the NFL level. He spent the past seven seasons on the Rutgers football staff, most recently as safeties coach (2022-24). In 2024, Lascari coached a safeties group that helped Rutgers to their second-consecutive winning season (7-6), their first back-to-back seasons with a winning record since 2011-12. The Scarlet Knights finished sixth in the Big Ten in passes defensed (51) for the season. S Shaquan Loyal earned honorable mention All-Big Ten status as voted by the media, setting career highs in tackles (77), passes defensed (nine), tackles for loss (four), interceptions (two) and fumble recoveries (one).

Mario Jeberaeel enters his second season with the Jacksonville Jaguars and fifth coaching in the NFL. Jeberaeel spent the 2024 season as assistant outside linebackers coach. With Jeberaeel’s assistance, third-year DE Travon Walker set career highs in tackles (61), tackles for loss (13), sacks (10.5) and forced fumbles (two). Walker’s 10.5 sacks were tied for eighth in the AFC in 2024. DE Josh Hines-Allen produced 8.0 sacks, making the Jaguars one of five teams in the AFC with two players with 8.0-plus sacks. Per Next Gen Stats, the Jaguars were the only team in 2024 with two pass rushers with over 60 quarterback pressures, with Hines-Allen contributing 67 and Walker 60.

Luke Thompson enters his fourth season as assistant special teams coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars. In each of his three seasons with the Jaguars, Thompson has helped to produce at least one Pro Bowler on special teams. In 2024, P Logan Cooke earned his first nomination, while LS Ross Matiscik was nominated for a second consecutive year. In 2023, he helped coach a unit that had the second-most kickoff return yards (688), fourth-most net yards per punt (43.8) and ninth-most yards per punt return (10.2). That same season, Matiscik was named to the Pro Bowl Games and received AP First-Team All-Pro and NFLPA First-Team All-Pro honors for the first time in his career.

Jay Kaiser is entering his first season with the Jacksonville Jaguars as assistant to the head coach. Kaiser finished his fourth season as Illinois' Director of College Personnel and NFL Liaison in 2024. In that role, he developed and managed Illinois’ collegiate personnel department, encompassing student-athlete oversight, development and roster management, while also acting as the football team’s liaison to the NFL and all other professional leagues and events, including the NFL Combine and Pro Days. He also educated Illini student-athletes throughout the process to become a professional football player. Kaiser was voted the 2023 NFL Liaison of the Year in recognition of his contributions to NFL scouting and performance as a pro liaison. The award was voted on by NFL personnel.

ElizaBeth Harrison enters her 17th season with the Jaguars as assistant to the head coach. Harrison provides logistical support to the entire coaching staff, as well as assisting with any and all scheduling efforts.
