The UCF "National Champs" saga continues to roll on strong, perhaps reaching fever pitch in recent days. UCF has done everything from putting together a championship parade, to revealing a National Championship banner during their spring game.
Just a few days ago, Alabama players trolled UCF with pictures of their National Championship rings on twitter. Now the local Alabama businesses are getting in on the fun, as a Tuscaloosa based restaurant Gallettes set up a UCF participation trophy inside their store:
It'll be interesting to see how Orlando based restaurants or businesses respond to this, if they do at all.
